Bow thrust controls are deck mounted adjacent to the steering pedestal (P&S) but are also wirelessly controlled by a hand held unit which can also control the anchor windlass.

Tankage
All tanks are stainless steel.
Fresh water in two tanks 310 litres total arranged as upper, ( under port side settee, main saloon) and lower (above keel abaft mast step.)
Diesel 345 litres similarly arranged with 180 litres in upper tank, under port side settee and balance in tank in keel bilge.
Both fuel and water tanks are designed with valves to allow the upper tanks to act as reserve fuel whilst running on lower tankage, gauges are fed from lower tank in each case..
Holding tank 60 litres (approximately) located in locker outboard aft in toilet/shower space, drains overboard when permitted or can be isolated for seagoing use.

Genoa original inventory in very good used condition.
Asymmetric Spinnaker with snuffer as supplied at newbuild, unused in present ownership.
There is a TV aerial at the masthead which is cabled to the locker in the main saloon behind the radio. This installation has never been used by the present owner and would need to be verified.

Underwater
Boat has been ashore annually for approximately six/eight weeks on each occasion, hull high pressure washed, rubbed down and two coats good quality antifouling applied each time.
Hull above water and coach roof cleaned and polished before re-launching.
Rope cutter, bow thrust, rudder and cutlass bearing inspected for wear.
GALLEY AND INVENTORY
The galley inventory is not listed but comprises enough crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment for 4 persons, all consumables have been removed.
Boat is priced for a quick sale as Owner is retiring from sailing hence the very extensive inventory boat is offered in sailaway condition.
It is planned to lift the boat on 31st January for annual underwater maintenance and hull paint (underwater) and polish (above water), which are intended to be at current owners expense.
Mooring in Dover paid until 31st March 2020.
